Airport pickups are tracked against the flight number you give us. If the flight lands late, the driver waits — 60 minutes free on domestic arrivals, 90 on international.
Where to meet your driver
You get the driver's name, number and vehicle plate an hour before pickup, plus the exact meeting point for that terminal. For arrivals, that's the greeting area past customs.
The price is fixed when you book
The fare covers the route, tolls and parking, and doesn't change with traffic or a longer route. Waiting beyond the free window and extra stops are charged at the rates shown before you pay.

Where do I meet the driver?
You get the driver's name, number and vehicle plate an hour before pickup, along with the meeting point for your specific terminal. For arrivals that's inside the terminal, not the kerb.
Can the fare change after I book?
No. The fare is fixed when you book and covers the route, tolls and parking — it doesn't move with traffic or a longer route. The only extras are waiting beyond the free window and stops you add on the day, both charged at the rates shown before you pay.
