Welcome to Travafa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Travafa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Travafa. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

4. Bookings and Payments

Travafa facilitates bookings for flights, hotels, activities, and other travel services provided by third-party suppliers. When you make a booking:

• You enter into a contract directly with the service provider, not with Travafa.
• Prices, availability, and terms are set by the service provider and may change without notice.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings.
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual service provider. Please review these before confirming your booking.

5. User Content

You may post reviews, photos, comments, and other content on the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Travafa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with our services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Travafa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travafa acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses related to bookings, travel disruptions, or third-party service failures.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform, including pricing and availability from third-party providers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
