How solid are the dates you show?

Every order gets a documents-due date, a lodged-by date and a decision-by date computed in Indian business days (weekends and national holidays excluded), using the slow end of the authority's published window plus a two-day safety buffer. If your travel date is too close for the standard lane we say so before you pay, and offer the express lane where the country has one.

What if the embassy asks for more?

Your executive adds the extra item to your checklist and you get a push notification and e-mail. You upload it in the same place; nothing goes back and forth over WhatsApp.

Can I cancel?

Before your documents are submitted: the government fee plus half of the service fee is refunded. After submission but before lodging: the government fee. Once the file is with the authority the fees are spent and no refund is possible.

Does paying guarantee the visa?

No service can promise that - the decision is the authority's. What we guarantee is a complete, correctly formatted file lodged on the date we quoted, and honest updates on the way.

Government fees changed after I paid?

Government and application-centre fees are collected on behalf of the authority and can change with exchange rates or policy. If the fee changes before we lodge your file we collect or refund only the difference; Travafa's service fee never changes after you pay.
