GoodLima, the capital of Peru, experiences a mild desert climate with two distinct seasons: a warm season from December to April and a cooler, overcast season from May to November. During the warm season, temperatures range from 20°C to 29°C (68°F to 84°F), with sunny days and occasional afternoon sea breezes. The cooler season sees temperatures between 15°C and 22°C (59°F to 72°F), often accompanied by a persistent coastal fog called "garúa," resulting in overcast skies but little rain. Humidity is relatively high year-round, but rainfall is minimal. Packing light layers and a jacket is recommended, especially if visiting during the cooler months.
