This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt. 2) Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. For third-party bookings, an authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholders ID and credit card, is required. 3) Car Parking: On-site parking is available, subject to additional charges. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4) Parties: This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette), hen, stag, or similar parties. 5) Damage Deposit: A refundable cash damage deposit of MYR 100 to MYR 200 (depending on room type) is required upon arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, subject to a room inspection. 6) Front Office Hours: The front office operates on a limited schedule.
