The deposit will be refunded upon departure, providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition and that no smoking or party activities have been detected. In the event that guests do not comply with our House Rules and T&Cs, the accommodation will be terminated immediately, entry access codes deactivated and unruly guests will be evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and the eviction cost will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card. For the same day arrivals, Self Check-in invitation will be emailed shortly after the reservation has been made, followed by the property access codes. These will be made active only when the payment has been verified and Self Check-In submitted. Only registered guests can stay at the property, providing that the house rules are fully observed. No visitors are permitted. Any guests who are found occupying the apartment but are not registered guests of City2Stay Ltd. will be immediately evicted from the property.
