A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guests credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. In rare case of any non-availability of this property, the property will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity. Please note that the property offers Special Discounted Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage. If the property cannot obtain pre-authorization on the guest’s credit card, or if payment is not received as per the agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.
